President-elect Joe Biden is expected to take office on January 20, 2021. When President Biden is sworn in as the 46th U.S. President, he will become the oldest individual ever to enter the presidential office. While Joe Biden will be the most senior man to ever serve as the U.S. president, there have been a few presidents throughout history who weren’t too far behind Biden in the age department.

As President Biden is sworn into office on the west front of the United States Capitol in Washington D.C., he will be 78-years-old. The next three oldest presidents were 70, 69, and 68 years old at the time of their first presidential inaugurations. Learning who these three presidents are might just surprise you.
