When thinking about what to do for this project I had to go back and think as if I was still a freshman and what I was always thinking. I figured I’m not alone that can relate to having the late night munchies all the time in the dorms so that’s how I decided to do where you can get some late night eats close to campus. Every place that I named is within walking distance from the dorms so I tried to keep that in mind for my audience.

With my hockey video I wanted to show incoming freshman what hockey is like when you come to UMD. They are coming to Duluth during the most successful stretch in probably school history so I wanted them to come away with the feeling that they are coming to school that they can take pride in academically but also take pride in a successful division I team. I kept it short and simple with the words on the screen because those couple of words were all that were needed to get my point across.
