The big short opportunity CoronaVirus offers employers

Somehow that movie seemed like a good lens to look at coming decisions and ramifications of Corona-Virus on employees.

Right now for every Employer the way they deal with the impact of the Virus is a “big short” opportunity to impact the lives of their employees and companies.

Let’s assume you are not PE. What then?

Start by asking your employees and actively involving them in designing the new normal.

Employees? Yes. Those people with mobile phones, using dozens of apps you’ve never heard of to somehow pull off the balancing act called work life? Those ones.

They’re more prepped and willing than you think to make remote work, work. All you need to is listen and codify behaviours that already exist that match your resources and context, because they been doing it for years.
