EPIC

An awesome acronym which denote Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Collaboration. We know that beyond having great intellectual skills, the best engineers globally excel in soft skills such as problem solving, communication, collaboration skills and values such as Integrity. Which brings me to the question

What is EPIC ?

E- Which stands for EXCELLENCE is the quality of being outstanding or extremely good. Excellence is a quality that people really appreciate, because it’s so hard to find. Excellence is the quality of excelling, of being truly the best at something. To me excellence means aspiring to be the best possible version of myself, holding everything I do and everyone I interact with to the highest standards. I am a lifelong learner who strives for mastery of my craft.

P- Which stands for PASSION is a very powerful feeling or desire towards someone or something. With this life approach, one need to constantly seek to inspire and to be inspired, and to approach every goal with unwavering energy and conviction.

I- Which stands for INTEGRITY is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Integrity is the sum total of everything one says and do. Which is a true reflections of what a person value and what is important. With this life approach, I live in accordance with my values.

C- Which stands COLLABORATION (Teamwork) is the act of working together with other people or organisations to create or achieve something. For persistent growth and development in an organisation collaboration is very needful. It means putting we ahead of me.

EPIC can be simplified as giving your best, with unwavering commitment to achieving success through teamwork and hard-work without lowering a given standard or compromising a set rules. This values are basic principles if developed in a person, can bring about remarkable changes and in return yield significant growth.
