Pasta nights

I rolled out some home made pasta (roughly 2.5 cup flour, three eggs plus 1/2 water) served six people throughout two nights in two different twists: one mushroom chicken sided with bok choy, and other other sausage broccoli ragu with tomato paste and beef bouillon as the base.
